The associates are always very helpful, kind and consistent. Have seen the same faces since weve been coming for several years too, so its nice that their turnover seems to be nonexistent with employees. They are always efficient, thorough, and courteous with plenty of options for eyewear-care!

Montgomery Village Eye Center is the most caring, respectable, patient, friendly atmosphere, staff are extremely knowledgeable. If something is not quite satisfying for you, they don't hesitate to make the necessary changes. I'm a longtime customer but each visit I feel as I'm a new customer. Because I'm welcome with great enthusiastic.

I've been a patient for over 15 years from the old location to this new one. Dr. Rubin is an excellent doctor. He's the one who diagnosed my eye disease and recommended me to a specialist who have been treating me ever since. If it wasn't for him maybe I would likely be blind now. Thanks Dr. Rubin Now they have upgraded their equipments to the new AI machines that more accurately diagnose any issues with your vision. However they still maintain their professional legendary friendly customer service. Jamie my tech is very customer service oriented. He recommends what will fit and what will not. He allows one to decide and dosen't try to push any unwanted features. He always guides you in making a decision that you will be very appreciative you did.

I received a survey along with other surveys and I messed up and rated this business incorrectly. So corporate - if you’re paying attention, this is how I feel. I can in for issues with my eye and after examination, assurances, instructions, and a prescription - I’m well on my way to recovery. I am very glad that my daughter was able to see Dr. Rubin. Everything was very clear, the doctor is highly professional and was very attentive to all our questions, explaining everything calmly and thoroughly. Highly recommended this center.

This was my first visit with Dr. Samala Khan and I had an amazing experience. The office staff was very friendly with getting me setup before the doctor came. When running through my annual exam and updating my prescription Dr. Khan was very thorough and kind. She was continuously checking in on how my new prescription felt and even had me walk around to make sure they weren't too strong since she wanted to try a new stronger prescription. After the appointment Stephanie Figueroa helped me with check out and helped me get the most of my insurance so I only paid for the co-pay. She explained that my past eye doctor's were not billing my insurance correctly so I was pay a lot more for my exam and my contacts. I'm so grateful to have found this office and highly recommend for anyone looking for a new eye doctor's office! Also there was a LQBTQIA+ pride flag on the welcome desk showing this is a safe space which I really appreciated ❤️

My appointment started on time and we moved along with my testing very nicely. The doctor and staff were all professional the office and equipment there was very clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable which made my experience the very best. I have been a patient for years now and I would recommend them to all my family friends and colleagues.
