Eye Exams
Our eye exams are comprehensive and personal. We go beyond the basics and, in addition to making sure that you can see clearly in the present, we do our best to ensure your vision never leaves you. If you have a family history of vision threatening diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, diabetes, or hypertension be sure to tell us so that we can be pro-active in your treatment.
At every eye exam, we take a picture of the retina, which is in the back of your eye, with our Nidek retinal camera. Regular examinations of all parts of the eye are necessary to preempt conditions that could severely damage your ability to see clearly. During some exams, Dr. Miller may also dilate your pupils so that she may get a larger picture of the current condition of your retina.
Dr. Miller also specializes in the treatment of dry eye. Although the prevalence of dry eye is on the upswing the treatment options are also increasing. Feel free to ask Dr. Miller to address this very important eye comfort issue. We will of course gladly help you with infections and injuries to the eye as well. Bring your whole family. We love kids!
Contact Lenses
Montgomery Village Eye Center also provides contact lens fittings of all types including bi-focal contacts, astigmatic contacts, and cosmetic tinted contacts. Our office maintains a wide selection of contact lenses so you have many options to choose from during your fitting. Dr. Miller is also expanding her expertise to include specialty contacts used to treat a variety of conditions. Check out our specialty contact lens page for more information.

We can make most single-vision glasses in our own lab, which increases turnaround time and improves quality control. Interested in options such as Transitions, hi-index lenses, or progressive lenses? Ask us about them and we will make sure you have the best eyeglasses experience possible.
